Reserve your beef in four simple stepsThe Beef Reserve not only has quality meat for sale, we have cold storage, as well. You can choose to take your beef all at once upon purchase, or you can choose to rent a locker for $8 per month. With this you receive your meat in 30-pound boxes monthly, every other month, or quarterly.
Choose your Beef Reserve amount and the age of your beef. Each box of meat will contain approximately 50% Steaks/Roasts and 50% Ground Beef. Your meat cuts will be the follwoing: Ribeye, Filet Mignon, New York, Top Sirloin, Tri Tip, Chuck Eye, Flank Steak, Flat Iron, Skirt, Denver, Sirloin Tip, London Broil, Cube Steak, Chuck Tender, Bottom Round Roast, Clod Roast, Brisket, Short Ribs, Ground Beef.
FULL BEEF – With a 3-day chill (Minimum of 600 pounds) $10.65 per pound delivered
FULL BEEF – With a 14-day age (Minimum of 560 pounds) $11.65 per pound delivered
FULL BEEF – With a 21-day age (Minimum of 525 pounds) $12.65 per pound delivered
HALF BEEF – With a 3-day chill (Minimum of 300 pounds) $11.15 per pound delivered
HALF BEEF – With a 14-day age (Minimum 280 pounds) $12.15 per pound delivered
HALF BEEF – With a 21-day age (Minimum 262 pounds) $13.15 per pound delivered
QUARTER BEEF – With a 3-day chill (Minimum of 150 pounds) $11.65 per pound delivered
QUARTER BEEF – With a 14-day age (Minimum of 140 pounds) $12.65 per pound delivered
QUARTER BEEF – With a 21-day age (Minimum of 130 pounds) $13.65 per pound delivered
30 Pound Party Pack – This box contains a sample of approximately 10 pounds of each of our aging times (3-day chill, 14- day age & 21-day age). This will be 50% Steaks and 50% Ground Beef. Minimum of 30 total pounds. $449.00
Next, choose how you want your beef delivered. Each box of beef contains approximately 30 to 35 pounds of meat. For example, if you have purchased a full beef, you will receive 16 boxes of meat. Do you want it all up front? Or do you want to rent a locker, and have us send it as you need it?
We have pre-selected how we will ship the product. Each box consists of Steaks, Roasts, and Ground Beef in approximately 30-pound and 35-pound boxes.
Now it’s our turn. We will send you your package of PREMIUM BEEF. You will enjoy the convenience, confidence, and assurance that you have your beef at home, or on reserve with us, in your locker (in other words, a Beef Safety Deposit Box). Your Beef Reserve is ready for any future needs, whether expected or unexpected.
Joe and Sydney have a family of 5. They decide they want to purchase a quarter beef and will take 30 pounds of Premium Beef delivered every two months. This means they will receive 5 deliveries over the next 10 months.
When you purchase a quarter beef from The Beef Reserve, you will receive a minimum 150 pounds of the best beef in the country.
When you purchase a half beef, you will receive a minimum of 300 pounds of premium beef. This is the real question: When and in what amounts do you want it shipped?
This is the ultimate package—a guaranteed minimum of 600 pounds of premium beef. You will enjoy all of the Steaks, Roasts, and Ground Beef a premium cow can offer.
For those of you who want to order Ground Beef only, you will receive this in 40 pound minimum cases.
10 pounds 3-day chill, 10 pounds 14-day age, 10 pounds 21-day age. (In each of these 10 pounds, 50% will be Steaks and 50% will be Ground Beef.)
Our pricing will be based on the current market every month. If the price of cattle goes down, our pricing will move with it. We will have the ability to move with the market much faster than any retail grocery store.
When you make your purchase, we will deliver your order within 7 days of choosing your beef—whether it be a 3-day chill, a 14-day age, or a 21-day age.
Your entire order will be custom packaged. All products will be vacuum sealed to preserve freshness.
