The Beef Reserve came as an answer to a question we all faced during the Covid year—What if we don’t have our own supply of beef in our freezer? As cattle growers, we realized we had a level of peace and comfort not everyone is able to enjoy. We would like you to have the same opportunity to have a RESERVE of BEEF.
Location
We are proud to be from Southern Idaho, a place where not only potatoes grow, but so do cattle. (You could call us Meat and Potato Guys.) Born and raised in an agriculturally rich area, we developed a love for cattle and a knowledge of quality beef production. Our location is nestled near The Snake River, surrounded by mountains. This provides a fabulous climate for raising quality beef.
We make raising quality beef our business, so you don’t have to.

LOVED THE BEEF
I have a family of 5 and just wanted to try the product becuase a friend recommended it. We received our first box and it was perfect. Fit nicely in our Freezer. I love that the next box is coming in 60 days so I don’t have to buy an entire freezer to store the product. The steaks and roasts are delicious and a the ground beef is fantastic. I didn’t think I would notice the dry aged effect but it really does make a difference. LOVED THE BEEF. THANKS
