OUR PROCESSES AND MEAT PRODUCTIONS

As cattle growers, we know how to treat our cattle. Feed matters and shows in our end product. We feed over 7,000 head of cattle, and we purchase 50,000 head per year that run through our processing plant. It’s because of this, we have put a great deal of effort into knowing and understanding how to get the most out of our livestock.

We are a USDA processing facility and SQF (Safe Quality Food) approved. This means you are not only getting quality meat, it is also processed in a facility with the highest of ethical and cleanliness standards. Our plant processes 300 head of cattle daily.  We also have a cold storage facility of 160,000 square feet, where we store your order in your locker as needed.

What makes THE BEEF RESERVE meat better? Our aging process! The aging process changes beef by two means. Firstly, moisture is evaporated from the muscle, and this creates a greater concentration of beef flavor and taste. Secondly, the beef’s natural enzymes break down the connective tissue in the muscle, which leads to more tender beef. Bottom line is that aging the beef increases tenderness and better satisfaction in the end product.
